Safety and Compliance First
Health and Safety is covered on the first day of the induction. and would cover fire procedures, manual handling, PPE required and an introduction to forklifts in operation around the warehouse.
Uniform and Equipment Issue
Uniform and any other necessary PPE will be issued to you on your first day of work, and you should make a note of who to contact should you need to replace any items of uniform.
Product Knowledge Training

Meeting the Team and Layout
A guided tour of the site and an introduction to the warehouse, trade counter and any other staff-only areas. This helps to familiarise you with the layout of the site and where products are held and who to ask for things.
Early Performance Check-ins
Your early performance will be discussed in an informal catch-up at the end of the first week and then again around 4 weeks later, this is an opportunity to ask for any advice or raise any questions you may have.
